Sustainability is far more than just a trend – it is a central building block for the future-proof orientation of companies. In this course, Mark Bennett and Peter Renner explain how ESG aspects can be systematically integrated into strategy, development and reporting.
Participants learn how to develop a sustainable transformation strategy, formulate the business case for sustainability and identify key issues with the materiality analysis. In addition, the basics and requirements of sustainability reporting in accordance with the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) are explained – including their impact on corporate development.
