Description
Part 2 of this course teaches how digital technologies can be effectively integrated into modern business strategies. From the development of clear visions and digital roadmaps to the use of innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, IoT, cloud computing, blockchain and 3D printing – participants will learn how to increase efficiency, promote innovation and secure competitive advantages. In addition to technological basics, data protection, transparency and the role of digital tools for collaboration and decision-making are also highlighted. We recommend starting with Digital Transformation in Family Businesses Part 1 of 2 and building on this with Part 2.
